Hey party people! It is snowing up-in-here! I guess it's outside but still. My oldest is praying for a snow day. No really, he asked Jesus for a snow day tomorrow during bedtime prayers. Such sweet innocence. We haven't even had one this year. Not one! And we didn't have one last year either. Total bummer for a kid to go an entire school year without a snow day. At least it is in these parts. We shall see I guess...
Either way, we are still going to party tonight like there is no school tomorrow. Woot! Woot!

Kate, hope your son gets his snow day. :) We got about 6 inches of snow last night. I need to take my little one out sledding and then have hot cocoa afterward. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the party and have a lovely weekend. Keep warm! ;)
Thanks for hosting Kate! Here's wishing you and your boy a snow day tomorrow. We haven't even had a bit of white on the ground here in the Pacific NW. I'm jonesing for spring but I wouldn't mind a good snow day before winter leaves...

We don't have "snow days" here is sunny Florida - but we do have "Hurricane days" in our school calendar. Thankfully these haven't been used - at least not in a few years and, fingers crossed, not anytime in the foreseeable future!
