Happy Fall ya'll!

That's the one time a year that I say ya'll.  I love the South and everything that goes along with it but the yankee in me just doesn't let that word naturally flow out of my mouth.

Happy Fall you guys!  That's more like it. Ha! :)

Anyway, I am super excited that Pier 1 Imports contacted me to do a little Fall decorating with them and the best part is, I get to give away a $50 gift card to one of you lucky friends!

I went to Pier 1 and went ga-ga over all of their lovely autumn decor.  I wanted to do a centerpiece for my dining room table but was hoping for some subtle Fall colors as opposed to the regular bright orange, yellow and red.  I was in luck!

I found this lovely table runner and it became my inspiration piece for my table.

I love the natural jute background and the classic damask pattern in gold and brown.  I love the brown because it isn't too dark and has a hint of plum to it.  A nice sort of surprise Fall color.  It is perfect for my neutral dining room.

I then found some great metal pumpkins... they remind me of the Cinderella carriage at DisneyWorld.

They have the above pumpkin pillar holder in brushed silver.  Plus this gold pumpkin tea light holder that is more of a bronze tone than gold.   They also have a pretty light aqua one that I didn't get but it was super cute.

 

I added in one more little pumpkin, this one in a creamy white with a pretty gold stem.  It's even got a little LED light inside of it so it lights up. 

I found these fabulous glass candlestick holders.  They almost change color in different lights, in some lights they look light brown and in other lights a pretty plum.  I love the splash of plum in my my very neutral cream, grey and beige dining room.

 I mixed in some willow and light gold decorative spheres from Pier 1 plus some Fall swags that I already had.  I think it makes a pretty and unique Fall centerpiece.

 

I love that it will last all the way through Thanksgiving and I can pull the pumpkins out of it and use the other pieces in my home anytime.
