    I thought some time over the topic with the stealing of blog content and that one solution is the "cut-short" view of blog entries. You asked whether it would keep one reading from your blog and I took my time to analyse my own behaviour for reading blogs...

    And while I understand the reason to do so, I have to be honest:

    It keeps me from reading blogs. Not the ones I am already following because there I am up to date (at least most of the time ^^) and there I am just reading the latest blog entry, but if I stumble over a new blog it is really nerve wracking for me. I love to go trough new blogs, turn every site "going back in time". As soon as I have to click for every single post to read, I stop looking trough the blog even if it looks promising. It doesn't make fun anymore to discover all hidden treasures in the blog if you not only have to keep on clicking but also either to go back and forth on the sites to have a look at the other ones or just opening new tabs...

    So while I stay with you (and all the ones I am already following which changed to this layout), I thought this might be interesting for you regarding new readers :)

    PS: Even if I don't comment very often, I am reading your blog regularly! :)
